All commercial and personal risks claims (including motor vehicle) are handled by our Claims department except for marine and health and travel claims which are handled by the Marine Department and Health and Travel department respectively.
IF YOU WISH TO MAKE A CLAIM
You should IMMEDIATELY or as soon as reasonably practicable notify the Insurance company of all occurrences which may give rise to a claim. Notification can be made by contacting our claims officials by telephone, post, email or fax . You may also call in person at our offices to report the occurrence and lodge the claim.
PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION (Not applicable to Health & Travel and Marine Claims)
As part of our efforts to add value to our claims service to our Policyholders, we have provided you with a self-help facility to send us a preliminary notification form online.
CLAIM FORMS can also be downloaded from this website and filled in and submitted to us by fax , by post or electronically or by calling in person at our offices. Any CLAIM FORM should be fully completed and signed by the Policyholder and forwarded to the Department with the relevant documents supporting the claim. |
